By hiring me as a 1099 independent hygienist at $65 per hour, your practice can realize significant cost savings compared to employing a full-time hourly employee. Because I'm an independent hygienist, you are not responsible for additional expenses typically associated with full-time staff, such as health insurance, retirement contributions, paid leave, and various payroll taxes.
While a full-time employee earning $50 per hour incurs additional costs—including health insurance, retirement benefits, paid leave, and payroll taxes—these expenses are not applicable when working with me as an independent hygienist. This arrangement allows you to benefit from my extensive experience and high-quality care without incurring these additional financial commitments.
By opting for an independent hygienist, your practice can reduce overhead costs while still receiving exceptional dental hygiene services, ultimately providing a cost-efficient solution that meets your needs.
An invoice will be provided for each payment cycle, and payments can be made to BILL.
I generally require a minimum of four hours per booking.
My preferred method of payment is through BILL (formerly Bill.com). It offers a secure and streamlined way to send and receive payments, helping to ensure timely processing. If your office already uses BILL, you can add me as a vendor using my email address: tmatthewsrdhbs@gmail.com.
If your office does not currently use BILL, setup is simple and free for payers.
